Words will never be able to express my sincere gratitude towards Phil (and his wife Kathie too!). It was our first home buying experience- we went through multiple realtors and just didn't click with any of them (that's if they even showed up). We met Phil at a first showing of a small house that we loved, but decided not to go with because it wouldn't suit our needs long term.
